Faros is legally represented by Paweł Paradysz (me, I, we, our). In the following, "Faros" means the representative natural entity "Paweł Paradysz" by which the software was developed.
"User" or "You" means the individual or the business entity to which a license is granted by Web Highlights for the use of the Software.
“Licensed Software” means the web-based software extension called Faros.
“Service” means the provision of access to the Licensed Software.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will always post the most current version on our website and notify you should anything material change. By continuing to use the Services after the changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least thirteen (13) years of age and that your use of the Service is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
By accepting these terms you agree not to use the Software for conducting any activities illegal in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to copy, modify or attempt to reverse-engineer the Software.
If you share your account with anyone it is your sole responsibility to ensure the persons you share it with comply with these terms.
All intellectual proprerty and trademark rights are owned by Faros and shall remain thus. Terms of Use don't grant you any right to use the intellectual proprerty or trademarks.
We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.

If you believe that the Service has been used in a way that consitutes copyright infringement, you should send email at [email protected] to commence the notice-and-takedown procedure.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "as is” and "as available” basis. We hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, explicit or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Faros shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.
Faros reserves right to terminate or suspend the Service for any user not complying with the terms, or who we believe to be using the Service with a malicious intent or in a suspicious manner.
If you wish to terminate this agreement you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
